One of my most efficient collection tools is a demand letter.  I review all paperwork, contacts, communications and create a demand letter for your client.  It is mailed to them certified and really gets their attention.  If they were ever planning on paying, they will reach out.

This is time sensitive!  This fee includes sending a demand letter once the lien is recorded.

If the total amount of your claim is less than $6,000 it can be filed in Small Claims.  This fee includes one court appearance, thereafter the hourly rate would apply.

If the total amount of your claim is more than $6,000. This fee includes one court appearance, thereafter the hourly rate would apply.

Motion for default judgment, motion for summary judgment, etc. This fee includes one court appearance, thereafter the hourly rate would apply.

Garnishment of wages a wonderful tool to collect judgments.  If you know where they work but can't file a garnishment on your own, we can help.

If you do not know where your client is employed, let us help.

Once a judgment is received, and upon request, the court will summon the debtor to come to court and answer questions pertaining to the debt and their finances.  If they fail to appear, they can be held in contempt.  This fee includes one court appearance, thereafter the hourly rate would apply.

When a bank account is known that is wonderful, but normally it is not.  That is why when we file bank attachments, we file against at least 10 banks.

If a counterclaim is filed against your complaint, an hourly fee of $300 per hour applies to all aspects of the counterclaim.
